I was born with the same birth defect as this beautiful little girl, but luckily I was born in a country were I didn’t have to wait for someone to pay for my surgery. I consider myself one of the luckiest girls in the world, but there are thousands of children like me and her that aren’t so lucky.

Please help. It would me a lot to me. And even more to them. :)
